2010 Keeper List Guidelines

1) You may keep from your active 23 man Winter Roster any number of players up to eleven. This does not include Topper Players. They do not count toward your number of eleven keepers and may not be kept.

2) Even if the player starts the season in the Minors or on the DL, the player may be included on the Keeper List.

3) The deadline for your list is Wednesday March 24 at 11 PM CT. Go into CBS Sports under "My Team", "Set Lineup". You will see a check box in a column on the left titled "Keepers". Check the players you are Keeping. Do not check Toppers. Click on "Set Lineup" at bottom of page to save your Keepers. Thursday morning March 25, all unchecked players will be deleted from your team automatically. If you forget to check your Keepers, they too will be gone.
There are only two situations that your Keeper List may be altered after CBS Stat Service has dropped your players.
== A) If a player is traded to the AL before our Auction, someone else from your Winter Roster may be substitued for the traded player.
== B) If an Owner turns in a player who is retired or in the AL, the Owner may request that the player be dropped from his Keeper List and no replacement is allowed.

4) The player in your Drafted Minor League Slot will be handled as follows:
== A) If you have a Minor Leaguer on your Winter Roster, you may activate him as one or your eleven Keepers or you may drop him.
== B) If you keep a player in your ML slot, then you may not participate in the Minor League Draft.
== C) If you activate your ML player as a Keeper and on Auction Day he is in the Minors, you may request for your ML player to be put in your ML slot with his normal "Draft" contract status. You would not be eligible for the Draft in this case.

5) No one will be able to see your Keepers except the Commish. He will post his Keepers on Tuesday March 23 and send everyone an email of them. Everyone can then post their Keepers after the Commish if desired.
